How do I activate a QR after buying it?
Open the activation link, set your PIN, and add the owner details. The helper page stays public and never asks a scanner to log in.
Do I pay every month, and does a QR expire?
QRakshak uses one-time, per-QR pricing, not a monthly subscription. A QR can be lifetime or time-bound depending on the option you choose, and optional masked call usage is separate and pay-per-use.
Do you offer bulk packs?
Yes. Starter, Family, Society, Dealer and Distributor packs are available. Per-unit prices are being finalised, so contact us for a quote.
Can I get a refund?
If a QR was not activated, you can request a full refund within 7 days. After activation there is no proportional refund. The full rules are in our Refund Policy.
Is emergency help ever behind a paywall?
No. Family alerts, the 112 dial intent and the helper masked view are always free. Only optional call usage is metered, and it never blocks a safety alert.
Payments
Payments are processed by licensed payment partners. We do not build or brand a custom checkout, and partner branding on the payment page cannot be changed. Online checkout is not live yet — order through the shop and we will contact you.
