Important points

• 112 dial intent: we only provide a dial intent. We cannot guarantee that the call connects — it depends on your network and your device.
• Alert delivery: alerts go through third-party providers (email, push notification, masked call). 100% delivery cannot be guaranteed.
• In any emergency, call 112 first.
• Location is approximate (and only when you shared it yourself) — there is no claim of an exact position.
• Masked calling uses the provider's virtual number. Number masking is mandatory (woman-safety category, D-004).

Sticker and scanning

We have no control over the durability of the QR sticker or the scanning conditions (light, surface, camera quality). If it arrives damaged, you can request a replacement.

Uptime

The service is provided on a “best effort” basis. During the launch phase there is no uptime guarantee (target 99.99%).
