Refund Policy

1. License (digital)

• Within 7 days: if the QR was not activated, a full refund.
• After activation: no proportional refund (the service has already started).
• Duplicate payment or technical error: 100% refund within 5 working days.

2. QR stickers (physical)

• Arrived damaged: free replacement (with photo evidence, within 7 days).
• Ordered by mistake: cancel with a full refund if it has not shipped.

3. How to request a refund

Email: support@qrakshak.com — include the order ID and the reason. Processing: 5–7 working days.

4. What is not refundable

• An account closed because of misuse (stalking/harassment).
• Termination for a terms violation.
